The question we hear most on WhatsApp is a fair one: when will there be a house with a pool that keeps Domi Casa's village address?
This November, the answer opens its gate.
In Kurunduwatta, about 400 metres from Domi Casa, one plot is becoming two completely separate houses. A wall runs between them: two fully private houses, two fully private gardens, nothing shared.
The smaller house is one bedroom for two guests, with the interior feel of Domi Casa and its own plunge pool. The larger is two ensuite bedrooms for four, with the interior feel of Domi Safiya and a full pool like hers. Both stand in the same quiet, regular, lived-in neighbourhood as Casa. Not far out, not a noisy strip. Beach and town in easy reach.
Everything our guests already count on comes along: Nishantha and the team, housekeeping, the concierge at cost, wi-fi as good as this coast allows, and the WhatsApp line that answers within the hour. The furnishing and finish step up a notch, because a new chapter should read a little better than the draft.
Everything else, we are keeping honest: the houses are still being made, so this letter is the story of the making, not a sales page.
Warm from Ahangama,
Dominic & the Domi Collection team
